Jane is a Licensed Broker in Georgia & South Carolina, an active member of the Pickens & Cherokee County Board of Realtors, Pickens County Chamber of Commerce and has been a Million Dollar Producer since licensed in 2004. She has experience with Buyers & Sellers in all types of properties including Horse Farms, Alpaca Farms, Poultry Farms, Convenience Stores, Waterfront Properties, Vacant Land, Commercial and Residential Properties. She also works with clients on Foreclosures, Short Sales and REO Properties. Jane says “My real estate career has been sustained through repeat clients and referrals by being honest and always trying to listen to the needs and desires of my clients.” Prior to real estate Jane was in Banking for 15 years. I am a life long resident of Talking Rock, GA.. Reside with wife of 20+ years Lisa and two sons.
I am a full time agent and have been with United Country-Talking Rock Realty since their start up and have since become licensed as an Associate Broker and also a licensed Real Estate Auctioneer. Bill Wiseman, GRI, Associate Broker, specializes in commercial real estate, representing owners, buyers and lessees in commercial transactions, and commercial property management, as well as residential and land/farm brokerage. He is a Realtor, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Pickens County Board of Realtors.
Bill had over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, controls and reporting. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Accounting, he started his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP) in Jacksonville, Florida. He earned his CPA certification in Florida in 1980 and in Georgia in 1984.
Bill worked for several of the largest paperboard and containerboard packaging firms with worldwide operations, including Mead Westvaco and Graphic Packaging, with a special emphasis on international businesses and corporate development. He was CFO of the United States operations of the worlds largest privately held containerboard company, and later was CFO of the largest supplier of point of purchase displays to consumer product companies. He negotiated mergers and acquisitions in South America, Australia, Europe, China and Japan, as well as numerous successful joint ventures with various partners around the world.

As a Realtor, I have been licensed since 1992 as an Agent, Broker and now Associate Broker. I am a graduate of the Georgia Realtor Institute. It has been my pleasure to serve the real estate industry in North Georgia for the last 40 years. I have owned three different real estate companies and am real happy to be associated with United Country Talking Rock Realty at the present time. I grew up in Cherokee County and all my relatives live in Cherokee, Pickens or Gilmer Counties in North Georgia. After graduating from the Univ. of Georgia, I went into teaching and coaching for 3 years. During that time I decided to get my real estate licsense and as they say, the rest is history. While helping clients with their real estate needs, I decided to obtain a degree in law and ended up graduating and getting my J.D. degree. But realestate was always my first love and still is.
My wife, Tamara, and I live in Nelson, Ga. We have two children and three grand-children.
