I am a life long resident of Talking Rock, GA.. Reside with wife of 20+ years Lisa and two sons.
I am a full time agent and have been with United Country-Talking Rock Realty since their start up and have since become licensed as an Associate Broker and also a licensed Real Estate Auctioneer. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and welcoming them to our community. I love the North Georgia Mountains and the four full seasons that come along with them. Bill Wiseman, GRI, Associate Broker, specializes in commercial real estate, representing owners, buyers and lessees in commercial transactions, and commercial property management, as well as residential and land/farm brokerage. He is a Realtor, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Pickens County Board of Realtors.
Bill had over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, controls and reporting. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Accounting, he started his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP) in Jacksonville, Florida. He earned his CPA certification in Florida in 1980 and in Georgia in 1984.
Bill worked for several of the largest paperboard and containerboard packaging firms with worldwide operations, including Mead Westvaco and Graphic Packaging, with a special emphasis on international businesses and corporate development. He was CFO of the United States operations of the worlds largest privately held containerboard company, and later was CFO of the largest supplier of point of purchase displays to consumer product companies. He negotiated mergers and acquisitions in South America, Australia, Europe, China and Japan, as well as numerous successful joint ventures with various partners around the world.
